Business Development Manager/ Lead (sales navigator, Profile Agency ,Upwork ) 5Yr + exp
Responsible for generating new business from online bidding portals through LinkedIn, Email Marketing, and Understand the Client requirements, client relationship channels.
➢ Interact with clients for their technical requirements.
➢ Writing Proposal / Costing/ Negotiations/ prepare project schedules, review and check procedures and documentation, prepare the release package.
➢ Preferred experience of bidding on major technologies like .NET, Angular, React.js, Node.js, PHP, QA
➢ Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates client needs on an ongoing basis.
➢ Work with the team to understand the needs of the client and respond accordingly to achieve their business goals.
➢ Devising new and innovative business development plans and strategies.
➢ Excellent communication in English, having experience to deal with foreign clients.
➢ Should preferably be from a technical background IT Industry.
➢ Must be proficient in Proposal writing, keeping follow-ups, requirement gathering, communication link between the development team & clients.
➢ Should have Knowledge how to generate leads. Should be flexible for night shifts when required.
Experience to generate business through Upwork, Guru, freelancer.com and other bidding portals only. But you need to find those who can generate business through any other methods except bidding (For Example: Email Marketing, Approaching clients through LinkedIn/Facebook/Twitter, etc.).
