Challenge
Synchronizing Website Content with Mobile App Branding:- The client needed a website that visually and functionally aligned with the mobile app experience on both iOS and Android. Maintaining consistency across platforms was crucial for user trust and brand identity.
Solution
Our design team developed a unified design system, including reusable style components, typography guidelines, and brand-consistent color palettes. Every visual element—from icons to navigation layouts—was meticulously matched to mirror the mobile UX/UI, ensuring a seamless brand transition between the app and the website.
Challenge
Tight Development Deadlines for Multi-Module Launch:- With 10+ modules to be delivered in a short span, including design and development, the project was constrained by time and required optimized resource management.
Solution
We implemented parallel task execution, allowing Graphic Designers and WordPress Developers to work simultaneously on separate modules. Each module had clearly defined deliverables and deadlines, enabling an efficient, overlapping workflow that met all timeline requirements without compromising quality.
Challenge
Complex WooCommerce Integration for Equity Share Purchases:- Given the wide range of users accessing the platform from mobile, tablet, and desktop devices, inconsistent layouts and broken components risked degrading the user experience.
Solution
We reviewed Apple’s latest compliance framework and updated the location service implementation. New UI prompts were added to clearly explain the purpose of location tracking to users, and usage was limited strictly to active sessions. The revised app passed Apple’s review on the first resubmission.
Challenge
"Surprise Mode" Not Displaying All Available Participants One of Japyo’s most exciting features, "Surprise Mode", was not working as expected. Users were unable to see other nearby participants, reducing spontaneous interactions—a core part of the platform’s value proposition.
Solution
A mobile-first CSS architecture was employed, followed by rigorous responsiveness testing using real devices and emulators. Each module was tested for layout integrity, image scaling, clickable elements, and text readability across various screen sizes.
Challenge
Managing Multi-Role Coordination Across Design, Development & QA Coordinating multiple roles across different timelines and deliverables introduced challenges in task ownership and workflow clarity.
Solution
We defined distinct task timelines and start/end dates per resource (Graphic Designer, WordPress Developer, QA). This structure ensured accountability and created a streamlined pipeline where each task naturally handed off to the next, fostering collaboration without bottlenecks.
